Terms and Conditions Policy
- Punctuality Policy:
Participants are required to arrive on time for scheduled tours. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the tour without refund.
2.Payment Terms – Scheduled Tours:
Full payment is due upon booking for scheduled tours. Failure to make full payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Payment Terms – Private Tours:
A deposit is required to secure booking for private tours. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour commences.
4.Cancellation Policy – Scheduled Tours:
Cancellations made within a specified timeframe are subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period.

Cancellation fees apply to private tours. The amount of the fee depends on the timing of the cancellation and any expenses incurred by the company.
6.Liability Waiver:
Participants acknowledge and accept any risks associated with the tour. Intwali Tours & Travels is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the tour.
7.Itinerary Changes:
Intwali Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or safety concerns.
- Participant Conduct:
Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other participants, tour guides, and local communities.
9.Health and Safety:
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour, including obtaining necessary vaccinations and travel insurance.
- Booking Confirmation:
Booking confirmation is subject to availability. Intwali Tours & Travels reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
- Amendment of Terms:
Intwali Tours & Travels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
